Advocate Children’s Hospital – Park Ridge
Rachel Baker, MS, CGC
Rachel is a licensed and board-certified genetic counselor who has provided services for Advocate since 2017. She earned her Master of Science degree in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University. She is actively involved in the supervision and training of genetic counseling students from Northwestern University, and participates in OB Resident education at Lutheran General. Rachel works with NICU, pediatric, prenatal, and adult populations with a special interest in cardiomyopathy, hearing loss, ultrasound anomalies, and complex multi-system genetic disorders.
Kelly Bontempo, MS, CGC
Kelly received a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University in 2012. She is a licensed, board-certified genetic counselor who has provided services for Advocate Medical Group since 2012. Kelly is primarily a pediatric genetic counselor with special interest in connective tissue disorders, newborn screening, inborn errors of metabolism, and imprinting disorders. She also provides adult, oncology and prenatal services as needed. Kelly is actively involved in genetic counselor education as core faculty with Northwestern University's Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling, and she enjoys working with medical students, residents and fellows. Kelly served as president of the Illinois Society of Genetic Professionals in 2017.
Eden Faye, MS, CGC
Eden graduated from the Master of Genetic Counselor Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. She is licensed and board certified in genetic counseling. Eden has a wide range of interests and sees patients for pediatric, prenatal, and cancer genetic counseling indications.
Chantalle Raimondi, MS, CGC
Chantalle earned a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University. She completed her graduate training in 2010 and is licensed and board-certified in genetic counseling. She has been working as a pediatric genetic counselor since 2010 and has a special interest in rare genetic disorders. She is a faculty member of the Northwestern University Graduate Program in Genetic Counseling.
Natalie Tri, MS, CGC
Natalie received her Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022. She joined the team at Advocate and has an interest in high-risk pregnancies. She primarily sees prenatal patients in the Center for Fetal Care under the direction of Dr. Suwan Mehra, but also has interests in the Maternal Fetal Medicine space.

Jessica Nicoll, MS, CGC
Jessica graduated with a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University in March of 2014. She is licensed and board certified and began working at Advocate Children’s Hospital in July of 2014. Her primary interest is pediatric genetics, specifically metabolic and neurologic conditions.
