Multidisciplinary clinic for follow-up care

Our multidisciplinary brain tumor clinic brings together a range of specialists to discuss the best, holistic care plans for individual children after they finish their initial treatments. Clinic meetings save you time and doctor visits because you and your child can see multiple specialists at once at the Brain Tumor Center at Advocate Children's Hospital.

What to expect during your visit:

You will sit down with your child's specific care team to discuss their current health status by reviewing MRI scans, current and past treatments, new health issues, and how well they are coping socially and educationally. The visit will allow our team of brain tumor specialists to develop a new comprehensive care plan for your child going forward and to offer any needed emotional support. We will also provide your family with information and resources that will help your child thrive.
